Who is LB?
Lesley Bell - Pilates Teacher
My passion with Pilates complements my interest in classical ballet and contemporary dance. Royal Academy of Dance trained and enjoying over ten years of dancing, worked for a number of years as a dancing teacher's assistant.
Having practiced pilates for over ten years, it began when I started experiencing lower back pain, the results were amazing and made such a difference; - pain free, more flexible, overall muscle strength and conditioning.
Lesley Bell : Qualified in Pilates Matwork Instructor Level 3, Kids Fitness, Ante Post Natal and more.
It was in 2010 I was accepted onto the intense Body Control Pilates Cource in London where I trained, and later qualified with Active IQ as a Level 3 Pilates Matwork Instructor.

What is Pilates Barre?
LB PILATES BARRE is a relatively new programme which brings all the great elements of Pilates, Ballet and Stretch together - giving you a fun and motivating workout. LB Pilates BarreCore is one of the few certified Pilates Barre sessions which are unique to Northern Ireland.
LB PILATES is a challenging workout using highly effective sequences of toning and resistance exercises to keep you toned, improve your posture and improve your overall well being.

I have tried Pilates classes before, but none have come close to Lesley’s. Both her classes and one to one sessions are high quality, friendly and varied - not to mention the results, have kept me coming back for more!
